The second fieldwork of the Tectonic project is currently taking place in Puerto Madryn, Argentina. The interdisciplinary team of archaeologists, engineers and geologists from Italian and Argentinian partners is working to document the Emma Shipwreck.

The preliminary results of this campaign will be presented to the public by Fabio Bruno (Università della Calabria) and Dolores Elkin (CONICET – Instituto Nacional de Antropologia y Pensamiento Latinoamericano). 

The conference “Arquelogía de naufragios y realidad virtual – Experiencias en Italia y Argentina” will be held on March 1st at 18:00, at the Ecocentro Pampa Azul, in Puerto Madryn.
